Highs - being MC at my best mate's wedding.

Lows - none that readily spring to mind

Bad - screwing up my shoulder, practically putting everything on hold for 2 months

Highs - meeting Tasha, Chesterfield away, seeing Scouting for Girls

Lows - what I put on the 'is this racist' thread the other day, 4 of my mates being involved in a crash at 80mph killing a taxi driver

 

[Barrel of Fun]

Highs : Getting involed in Beach Volleyball and meeting some great people. Meeting the girl of my dreams.

Lows: General stuff and failing with the girl of my dreams.

good - not a lot

bad - two funerals - one of 39 and one of 58, work mate has cancer (twice) split up with other half of 6 years ... roll on next year!!!

Highs - First and Second away games, went skiing, some good parties.

Lows - Relative got cancer for 2nd time

High's - Getting married, buying a new house
Low's - Stubbed my toe last night

Ahh I've done this many times, oh no thats meeting girls in my dreams

Lows: just before xmas being urged to resign on tues, breaking up with gf on wed, pet dying on thurs and the gillingham game cancelled on fri

low- i suppose my hernia op in july.

High - my 1st wedding anniversary in Paris a month later.

highs- watching my son keep improving at footy
lows- finding out of the blue my mum has the big C

Highs - Getting married and becoming a father for the first time
Lows - Losing a close relative

Highs:
Starting up my business in Dubai and its subsequent rapid growth with good client feedback.
Getting the macular degeneration in my right eye lasered and the decline stopped.
Best mate's first child being born.

Lows:
My women's expat football team that I coach losing an unbeaten season with the last kick of the game.

My son, who was written off seven years ago by his headmaster, and recommended for an institution, learning to play the guitar and playing his first gig.

Low: Mum being conned out of all of her money after selling her house.

Highs: Visiting my favourite city in the world again, seeing Kenny Chesney and Billy Connolly live for the first time.

Lows: To be honest, nothing particularly leaps to mind here.

Highs - probably a week in Beijing with work, very interesting

Lows - none really that I can think of

High:GCSE results

Low:Worthing getting relegated last season

 

[Clothes Peg]

High: Doing stupid and highly irresponsible things and getting away with it because I can use the student excuse!

Low: The paranoia and anxiety as I wait for karma to inevitably come round and slap me in the face.

High's... First grandaughter born, eldest sons 18th birthday, my nephew's wedding, little bulldog playing well in a cup final and seeing the smile on his face when I took him to stamford bridge, catching a decent sea bass at last ( 6lb )

Low... Little bulldog being in hospital for 2 days when he broke his wrist.
