Undersoil heating is fine, but......
Its going to be freezing in the stands. WHY didn't they install heated padded seats plus footwarmers in the North Stand? What about complementary blankets even? Its a disgrace!

It's to prevent a repetition of the blunder in 1950 when the result of England's WC match at Belo Horizonte, Brazil was wired through as 'England 0 USA 1'. I believe that at least one newspaper editor presumed it was a typo, and published the result as 10-1!
Mind you, it's a touch spurious to be used on this occasion, particularly as the OP has demonstrated an excellent standard of English in his previous 10,505 (ten thousand, five hundred and five) posts.
