Also, this year, October will have 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays & 5 Saturdays. (This happens only once every 823 years). In year 2005, October had 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays & 5 Saturdays.

Not quite, it follows a 28-year pattern because of leap years.

(And yes, I know the lack of leap years in 9 out of 10 "00" years is going to cock that up slightly, but not much.)
