Catering Problems at the Amex

It seems there are some catering problems, with waiting times, running out of stock and the general poor level of service. It seems the club are also missing out on revenue.

It also seems that there are some very simple solutions to the problems. For example, pre pouring beer before half time, training staff on speedy service, more mobile beer and maybe even food units.

Please acknowledge there is a problem and maybe take on board some of the comments in the thread and pass them on.

We all want the Amex to be the best stadium in the country and even with it's problems it is, but it can be better in the catering department.
