    This is what I'm worried about. Last Summer's recruitment presumably was derailed by Winstanley leaving, possibly severing some knowledge/relationships and maybe Chelsea snapping up some of our targets. This Summer could be worse with Jewell now gone.

    Well losing the best backroom staff and players does have an effect. People blindly saying we could replace anyone were deluded. You can get lucky a couple of times, but not at the rate we have lost people over the past two years.

    I don't understand how we can't do a Brentford, who seemingly use their data analytics expertise to get one brilliant set piece coach after another (so good that their past one is at Arsenal and the current one is off to Chelsea).
