I don’t think Moises would go to a non Champions League team which rules out Chelsea for any negotiation. ( Arsenal are the most likely destination for Moises)

I think the main issue here is that Chelsea have quoted that ‘he is not for sale’. Therefore no point in making additional bids, especially as we have been annoyed in the past with teams that have ignored our ‘not for sale’ stance.
Think the onus is on Levi to accept this stance from Chelsea...
Good to see us making our play this early in the window. If it’s a ‘no and he’s not for sale’ then we have to move on. We can then genuinely confirm that we tried for him and let Levi know this was the case.
