PS: There was a pick up - for 2 of my group - for Brentford. It took pretty much 30 seconds and was in a special bespoke Albion booth/set up right next to the away end.

Well the mail is out of their hands i guess. But don't ever worry about tickets not arriving. The club will always sort you out on the day (if you have proof of purchase/ID- eg: all i've needed in the past was to show my confirmation email on my phone) and print out a replacement via the ticket...

If your ticket didn’t get sent in time then go to either the Albion staff outside the away end (first) and ask. They might send you to the City ticket office or deal with it there and they will print you off a duplicate. The Etihad is a big stadium to walk around so give yourself decent time...

Agreed. Its only a few that go quickly at Tier 1 or Tier 2. Must still be frustrating if you cough up for the A+ membership (£35 ) to see others jump the queue.

PS 1-2 games rely on the loyalty scheme or A+ memberships . ? I think it’s over half…9-10 matches in an average season. Chelsea, Arsenal, Brentford, Saints, Spurs, Palace, West Ham, Fulham, Man Utd, Liverpool - and that depends on how we’re doing. Better results and the midlands ones go well...

Agreed. There’s been a range of reactions to these sanctions on here - some very extreme which are out of all proportion to imo a pretty minor change - but to argue you hate the club for merely disagreeing doesn’t make sense. Clearly you don’t Jack and your opposition is sincerely held.

The away end at Brentford is unlike many stadiums - you have to go through and pass the entrances to several high rise flats to reach the turnstiles . Id say it’s fairly easy to set up a stand to hand out tickets - space wise though. Not sure what the plans are if it’s pouring down with rain...
