I really hope the club does something for Adingra. Likely to be the biggest achievement of his career and just because we've had a WC winner shouldnt play down the importance of a continental competition. And Simon's MOTM performance in the final when it mattered most!

That would constitute an intermediate period before the welcome home! But a proper club celebration of the achievement should be in order - winning a continental cup is no small thing even if it's not a WC. First though Cote d'Ivoire have a couple more matches to win.

Would Simon get the hero's welcome home after an AFCON win that Mac Allister did after the WC? I would hope the club would do something to commemorate that achievement
