6 to go. Obvious clues are the cow and the balloon (is that one or two things?). The exclamation marks by the cat (is that separate to his anthropomorphism?) Is the Cyrillic script by Victoria anything? The blue post box? The closed sign?

Clue for the basket above the elephant's trunk, please. Need to get this done so I can concentrate on the match! Is it related to "cutting your cloth"? Or cut and dry?
