I saw him play a few games for us including a 0-1 home loss v Southampton in the league cup, August 2018. He really wasn't all that, I can only assume he grew into that sizeable frame of his and improved his game substantially at Coventry.
Disppointed he has left, but wish him well. Billy's been great for us and leaves with a man of the match performance v M United which shows he didn't let his levels drop at any point.
WIll be my first time at Glasto, bit of a bucket list one for me, 5 nights camping, lots of bands I'd like to see, mostly away from the main pyramid stage.
I've pretty much forgiven Gus. In retrospect, we played some great football under his reign considering the budget constraints he had at the time. He turned some average footballers into very good players.
Lots, not least good game management to see out and protect the result with a rare clean sheet. Veltman had an excellent game, we look more solid with him in the side, Baleba deserved MOM, Fergie put in a real good shift and Tariq Lamptey and Lallana were brilliant when they came on.
People have to get over this comparison with Caicedo, he's a completely different type of player, more offensive and offers different qualities. He was fantastic today and fully deserved MOM.
