Very impressed with Knockeart.
I honestly think you guys have a lot to look forward to with your front line in the future. Ali (yeah I'm biased), Murray and Knockeart with Izquierdo being an option as well is very solid.
Nope. I checked them myself, and I mentioned it in another thread. You'll find Arab names but no persian ones, at least when I checked it. I know it can be difficult to differentiate between Iranian and Arab names, but I urge you guys not to immediately assume a muslim-looking name = Iranian...
Hey guys just wondering how long it can usually take before I can post without having to wait for my posts to be approved? I promise I'm just here to support Brighton and Alireza (and providing more info on him) and nothing else haha.
Honestly, I was dreading to see Iranian names on the "angry" reaction list but thank goodness I didn't see any on first look. A lot of those names are Arab (not Iranian) such as the ones in the screenshot in this thread above (Faraz, Ahmed, Mustafa are Arab names). I can see how that's difficult...
Actually one of his strengths are that he is very strong with both feet, especially in terms of shooting. A number of his best goals were with his left foot.

Sent from my SM-G950W...
Right then, a bit more about him if you guys are interested. He is the best performing player in the national team and he is very well rounded. Strong on set pieces(especially at defending them) and in the air. He's very traditional and he's a no-nonsense defender as in he doesn't **** about...
I don't think Brighton fans should care about that, especially since Nike are the ones paying Brighton to use their brand. Besides, their kits are really nice- shouldn't concern themselves with a situation that isn't related to them.
Thanks for the welcome!
I've been following Ali with my dad since his days at NEC after we learned of his move to Netherlands from Iran. I still remember the first time I took notice of him, my dad showed me his highlight reel of one of his games for NEC and said this boy could be special, and...
Iranian here. Been reading the last few days and shocked at how excited you guys are for this, it makes me really happy he gets this much anticipation.
To help pass time a bit, I figured i'd help out with the pronunciation since I've seen a lot of people asking, and also some people answering...
