We did plane from LV. Over and down deep into the canyon. Grand Canyon has it's own little airport. Land, jump on a bus, takes you to different spots around the rim and throw in a lunch. Worth doing.

Seen a lot of good stuff over the years, but most recently saw Coldplay in Charlotte[The wife wanted to] Not a huge fan myself, but was very impressed with Elbow, who opened for them.

Had the same thing happen to me after 9-11. My American wife often donates blood, but they wouldn't take mine.
They still also have a ban on British meat products in relation to mad cow, including Bovril, Ox tail soup and............Pork sausages.
