100% this. He was toilet at Huddersfield that day... and did very little else aside from a couple of 10 min bursts as a sub. Always suspected Hughton had to play him to keep Chelsea sweet
Ranks just below Leon Best for attitude and work rate
Yep - i hope we’ll stay up based on the good start we had and being able to scrape enough points out of the remaining games, but there’s a number of reasons that I don’t have faith in Hughton long term. Like his negative approach, not getting the best out of players (Solly, Izquierdo, Gross...
Yes - last night was poor. I think we’ll still stay up but I’m losing faith with Hughton
Our attacking players are going backwards playing under him this season
With 3 at the back not working defensively but a lot of positives going forward why not 4-3-3?
Bong and the hound/Bruno wingbacks
Dale/Propper/Kayal in the middle - gross dropping in when subs come on
Front 3 of any of Jurgen / Gross / Solly / Jose / knocky / Murray
Can’t believe this hasn’t...
Izzy was gash at the emirates as well, hardly broke a jog in the 2nd half
Huddersfield was Leon Best levels of laziness - his fault for the 2nd goal because he didn’t even challenge the player who assisted. Wish him a speedy recovery but am pleased to see the back of him
I was at Huddersfield this season (and at the emirates) and both games he was useless - put in so little effort. Couldn’t give one how good he was for Huddersfield last season
Lots saying how great he is now he’s injured but look at the player ratings thread - he consistently gets low scores.
Brown is rubbish. Probably the laziest player seen in blue & white since Leon best. He had chances at arsenal and Huddersfield to prove himself and he was piss poor.
Loving both of them today - José looked much more up for it. The greyhound was on fire, with his majestic locks blowing in the wind
Hopefully a sign of things to come UTA
