Forest fans forums are debating how long we should stick with Stuart Pearce and who would replace him. Oscar Garcia's name cropped up quite a lot as someone who at least would get us playing some kind of structured decent football. Just thought it would be nice to hear the opinions of those on...
Just a suggestion but the Canalhouse, FMC AND Vat and Fiddle all great pubs as they are are a good 20 minute walk away from the away end. Hooters is en route from the station (first pub you get to) ten minutes from the ground and good for a laugh. Those not in a rush will have a good few hours...
Our owner has become very emotionally attached to our club not just because he's put a lot of money in. He wasn't a lifelong fan but a genuine lover of the game. Based in London he gets to nearly all our games home and away often mixing and sitting with regular fans.
Rumours that he was...
Hi folks
Took obvious interest in this thread and many reasonable points made. None of us really know how FFP will be implemented and I think everyone agrees that no clubs should gamble their future and take on unsustainable debt however if a clubs owner wants to inject his own money into a...

If he spends his money then decides to leave so what? The next owners carry on where he left off just like every other club and he has slightly less money in his piggy bank.
From a fan who probably wishes his club was spending a bit more. At the end of the day some clubs are going to spend more than others. FFP is great in theory but is seriously flawed when you have a number of clubs with mega millions to spend for 4 years. The point should be that you don't...
Tweaking maybe. The point is if an owner wants to put his own money why should he be restricted. If its done in the clubs name as a loan against the clubs assets in order to profit from extravigant interest rates as Cardiff and possibly Leicester then thats a different matter .
Not seen much of the game only brief highlights but Chalobahs sending off was a disgraceful decision. Not sure the circumstances could've been predicted and the less said about it the better.
Our "massive investment" this season is probably less than Blackburn paid for Jordan Rhodes. There seems to be a bit of doubt whether the punishments will/can be implemented (I hope!). If an owner is willing to fund an investment in his "business" in order to try to grow the business how/ why...
Don't understand the widespread dislike of Billy Davies. I think all fans want to see their manager passionate and 100% committed to their clubs ambition. He is a fantastic motivator of players and manages to garner a fantastic team spirit quite often by encouraging an "us against the world"...
More like fixing the overcrowded prisons by administering lethal injection to murderers, rapists, and paedophiles but that would be terrible wouldn't it?
There's a few reasons why Brighton fans have little to worry about this fixture.
1. There's still a lot of integrity within our game. I don't recall many instances of teams being accused of colluding to manipulate a result in this country.
2. Its only a small chance that a draw would benefit...
