Double booked my hotel room in Boro (don't ask long story). Upshot though is Holiday Inn Express won't refund my money (£140) but will allow me to change reservation name. Booking is for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) and for 1 room 3 people. If anyone's interested PM me and make me an offer.
