I play in the Leeds league. For a fat ****er like me, i'm delighted that i've found somewhere I can play a bit of football, and not feel self-conscious when I get out of breath straight away. We're in season 3 now, and my team Red Star Bellyfade won our league last year.
Loving it.
There's a geezer in Leeds who does this - mid-thirties, wears a suit to work. Many a time i've been stood in a queue behind him whilst the **** is pointing a wand at the ticket barrier.
In answer to the other question, i'd absolutely be up for it. It's this generation's ID card discussion - I...
Depends what he means surely. If he means "after every game, some dickhead sends me racist abuse on twitter", then I can well believe it. If he means actually at games, then I think he may be mishearing a chorus of boos as something more sinister.
However, there's a few people on this thread...
I think what people are forgetting is that he didn't just run along the side of the pitch, he leapt over the advertising hordings and jumped onto the goal net. I'm fairly sure that it was the hanging from the net itself that warranted his ejection, as this was potentially damaging the equipment...
So when does the season ticket exchange open up? My son and I can't get down for a midweek game, so I need to try and use the exchange process. I've never successfully managed it before....
Nice little preview of the Leeds game on the excellent "I'd Radebe Leeds" fan site. Despite it being about Leeds, i'd recommend the site to anyone - really well written and decent content.

Following an office refurb at my old place of work, our Facilities management team set up a new rule whereby no hot food would be allowed at desks. This resulted in the 'manager' at the time walking round literally placing his hands on our sandwiches to see if they were hot or cold. Of course...
Hi all,
Had a quick look through, but couldn't find a thread on this.
How many of you out there have tattoos related to BHAFC? Did you find it easy to get a tattoo artist to do the work?
Not that I particularly want to start disagreements between our own fans, but **** off with your anti-northern stereotyping. Not all Brighton fans live in the east sussex bubble....
Even NatWest are opening on Bank Holiday this time, so it looks like they're becoming less relevant.
Like the others have said, it depends on her contract. No-one's entitled to a day off just because it's a bank holiday.
Think there's some misunderstanding here. The flag went up for the original ball - think it was from Kayal to whoever crossed it in. They were marginally offside, and then pulled it back for Hemed to score.
So, Hemed was fine, but the crosser wasn't.
Interesting discussion at the match yesterday ended up with this question that we couldn't answer. If a player fails a drugs test, can his club pass this off as an ongoing injury, or are the details available to the public? Not specifically talking about Albion here, but there's been a few...
I'm always after old programmes - they're a great way of teaching my kids about the history of the club. My son's really interested in the whole 80's and 90's area. Let me know if anyone's got any available....
Not too long ago, our work banned the eating of hot food at our desks (didn't want us to spoil the new refurb'd office), so any visit to the men's toilet between 8-10 would often be livened up by a bloke sat on the sink eating a sausage sandwich.
The rule didn't last long - I believe one...
Not all fans.
I've said this before, and got roundly criticised for it, but I'm not fussed for a Saturday 3pm game. I've been going to games since the early 1980's, and am not overly disappointed with the way football is moving.
These days, I can quite often take my son along to a local game...
I've lived in Leeds for 16 years now, and still don't quite know if i'm North East or North West.
Anyway, i'd be interested in joining a group, as I tend to travel to games on my own....
