Over the last 25 years of looking after the Rockery, i've always tried to encourage as much wildlife as possible into the garden. I've built up slowly and now, with the planting and re-wilding areas, we're starting to get a lovely diverse amount of insects, birds and mammals.

This coincides with a report that a large group of youths were seen on the chalet roof in the Rockery

I grow it in the Rockery but not in a tub. It's a relatively short rose but it has lovely glossy leaves and sweet scented flowers. I'd imagine providing it was a big enough tub, given enough water and feed, it would be perfect.

There are two Terrapins in the Rockery and they've been in there years and were put in with my permission. They sit out on the side in the sun and don't hurt anyone. I feed the fish daily and the Terrapins get fed as well. They live in the main pond....newts, frogs, mini beasts live in the...
Same here. We get a lot of people coming to the rockery just to see the frogs and tadpoles. Infact several NSC members have taken frogspawn home in the past after contacting me.
It's pretty worrying that i've not seen a single frog (or toad) in any of the 3 ponds in Preston Park.
