In fact the stewards ran on the pitch to clear the so called spotty chavs of the pitch, it comes over the radios when the final whistle is blown and is it not better to run with the a crowd instead of standing still and getting trampled on.
Lets see you admitted you had afew drinks so that makes you under the influence, no case to answer. Why dont you save your drinking for afterwards for a win or to cry in when the albion lose
Yer, maybe jobs worths but are there to stop drunken prats coming. 1 drunk out saves a lot of unrest for the real law abiding supporters to enjoy the game instead of hearing a load of swearing and abuse. If you go to a nightclub or a pub pissed up you would be denied access.
The stewards where expecting a pitch invasion. It was good to see after seeing so many glummy faces over the last few months. Well done to slade for getting the job full time. Does any one agree there should be a sign at Falmer informing passers by of ' Brighton & Hove Albions new stadium for 2011'
Why dont you look at the vids on you-tube. In fact the ref blew his whistle which started a pitch invasion by the fans, the stewards had to chase and clear the pitch which was done very quickly, just think if they had not then there may have been points deducted and a fine. Can the the Albion...
Wot is it with this knob and the stewards, dont you realise they are not the ones that make call. It comes from their control box and the safety steward that makes the call on what happens. One day you dicks that have a go at them will realise what that box is at the end of the south stand.
Ever thought its the people in the control box telling the stewards to move the crowd on, expecting the crowd to be aggressive towards the management. But maybe some supporters dont see a broader picture and only live in a small square box.
