Depending on which company you use to buy your ticket if you don't get it out of the ticket machine you can get a refund. That's what southern do now.

Personally I would like to congratulate the club in making it such a easy exercise purchasing 3 x Arsenal tickets. I logging in yesterday afternoon and saw the tickets were there ready but under my log in there were only two but my wife's log in had all three. So with this in mind when I tried...

All done 3 tickets purchased that was simple don't know what all the fuss is about

I was having a look yesterday when the tickets were there but couldn't be purchased, I logged in as my wife instead of me and all three ticket were there rather than just two when I logged in as me, try that
