I don't quite get it
You arrange a party for 10 children
You agree the party cost of £15.95 per child = 159.50
One child does not turn up cost of party is still 159.50 it isn't 175.45 so how is the mother out of pocket
IF it was agreed that each child pay £15.95 for the activities at the party...
Isn't it better though to have one very good department than two not so good because there isn't the money to have two very good departments.
Paramedics are probably the best trained people second to midwives so deal with emergency/early births during the trip over anyway.
I don't really have a problem if they sit and watch the game and don't wind up the home fans, I would also be a hypocrite as three of us couldn't get tickets for the West Ham cup match but we got them for the home end behind the other goal.
If your wife is having a baby what would you prefer, a trip to another hospital with a maternity unit or having the child born with the help of a stroke specialist ???
Funny, stuck on Brentford platform for 30 minutes after the game, including watching 2 trains go past without stopping, earlier this season made me appreciate the excellent train service at Falmer. If you had just 15,000 each game it would be horrendous.
Tis true many fans in the NS are more interested in beer than football hence the rush to their seats after SBTS has finished, same ones disappear at 40 minutes and don't 're-appear until 50+ minutes. Most then go on 85 minutes. We would be better off if they just stayed in the pub.
