How on earth can £37.4 mllion be spent on not building a bridge?

The thing about the civil service machinations is... firstly they'll have a consultation, thereafter they will have many consultations, all paying consultants over a grand a day. Somewhere down the line they will come to the decision making, this may take several months or years, they'll...

    Thai Food

So wrong, but it is a palate thing. I agree the curries aren't great, but not sweet at all, again, probably a difference in taste. Coconut based food is just fantastic, I love it. I am from a Burmese background so very close to Thai food. Try the noodle dishes, they are so good. Plenty of lemon...

How on earth can £37.4 mllion be spent on not building a bridge?

I know some of you love to bear bait on a particular political party. But this isn't about Tories or Labour, money was sieved through the Labour Govt. too. This is about an elite of the civil service allowing millions, billions, to just slip through the system.

How on earth can £37.4 mllion be spent on not building a bridge?

Having worked in the civil service for three years this doesn't surprise me in the slightest. They pay over £1k a day to 'consultants' for these projects. They do it in the NHS too. I know of someone at Crawley General getting £1400 a day for this. He basically does f**k all but point like Tony...

(Good Old) Sussex By The Sea

Who was the bloke that did the PA at the Goldstone in the 70s? Good old days, Sussex by the Sea, Mark Lawrenson, Peter Ward, cheese and branston sandwiches, jumpers for goalposts, isn't it.

A thread for dunks 2nd long ball out to knockaert

With talent like Knocky, you have to let them do their thing sometimes. The lad is confidence led, he needs to show people something, whether or not he is doing the right thing. He will reward the team (and us) even in his misdemeanors.

Yes, but... that is why he pulls rank. Having played football in my youth and mens, it isn't difficult to see the best player pull rank.

A thread for dunks 2nd long ball out to knockaert

Quite easy to see why AK pulls rank. Championship player of the year, most assists, plenty of goals, scares the shit out of opposing defenders. Silkiest player at our club. He has every reason to do so.

It was as expected, men v boys. We got shown a new one. Still, rather lose to Man City at home than Udders. Our season is against none top six. Fantastic side that Man City. Got to see my NSC mate and got very drunk. A 5/10 day.
