Funny thing is, the other night after more than 10 beers I fell into a garden and couldn't get up and lost a shoe. Well it could be sad or funny. Anyway just went and picked my car up from said place (plaice) and took the same route. Got my shoe back... result!!
Watching Pompey v Coventry with the skates 1-0 down reminds me of that New Years Eve at the Ricoh where we lost 2-0 to a relegated team. Our train was stopped at Northampton, horrible day. So, yes, we have had worse days than now.
The fans are only human, they feel the same frustration. Personally I have never boo'd in 45 years of watching football, but I can really understand people that do. It obviously is counter productive but I can see where they are coming from. Football, still, is a working mans game and our season...
Play not to lose, don't attack, don't have a shot on target, let them hit the woodwork a couple of times, we'll ride our luck, 20% possession is good. Perhaps I'm mistaken.
