They use BMI - It has it's flaws but generally gives a good indication. Minimum BMI is 27.5.
I've just started playing again and there is a real mix of shapes and sizes, from people sub 30 BMI looking to regain fitness, to people up nearer 50 looking to shed lbs.
They allocate teams based on...
I want to know why Sam Allardyce would tell someone who used to work for him at Sunderland and Everton that he's taking over 'little old Brighton'.
You should put some serious money on it mate, you Sam and your mate are sat on a gold mine
I am looking to remortgage my property in part to finance a buy to let purchase.
I have an agreement in principle and the details and our documentation is currently going through the underwriters.
Due to uncertainty in the market at the moment there are various properties around us that are...
Drove past on the Eastbound carriageway this morning about 7:30. Just past West hove driving range.
There was a body on the ground covered in what looked like a towel with arms and legs sticking out. Not very nice at all and assume the road will be closed for a while.
The building control dept said that it was the original installers fault for assuming that there would never be an extension built next door. I replied that that may be the case but it still should be wrong to create a dangerous situation regardless. They should have engaged us to move the flue...
The annoying this is I remember being consulted and at the time had no issues. I didn't even consider that it would affect the Flue. My naivety plus I suspect a bit of a gung ho attitude from the guy building it end up in me needing a new boiler. Not good.
Just spoken to Building Control and Planning Dept at the council and a neighbours boiler flue is not something that's considered as part of either process.
It is a civil matter according to them and nothing they can do.
I agree, and the fumes go directly into the eaves of his roof! So in his interest to resolve the situation to avoid fumes going directly into his house!
The neighbour himself built it with assistance from various mates in the trades so the responsibility as 'project manager' will sit with him. He's a roofer so should have a pretty good idea of building regs etc.
Might have to head round there tonight for an awkward chat. If I were in his...
Thanks for all the advice so far. We're looking for an extender but seems as though any that did exist are now obsolete.
The model is Myson Apollo 40B - so it's really old but still got a bit of life in it.
The irritating thing is that we're due to be moving house this month so whilst it...
Hi All, after some advice.
My boiler has been playing up recently so had an engineer round to look at it today. He took one look at the position of the boiler and it's Flue and said it is unsafe and capped off our gas supply to avoid it being used.
This was due to our flue expelling into the...
