If its in a cake etc i cant taste it. But an egg. Be it boiled , poached , fried . No thank you and haven't for at least 45 years.

Funny you should mention that but have just sat on a boring Zoom meeting with a tooth pick in the charging port and was quite surprised what came out !

Many thanks for this. I already have a 3 year old iPhone 12 that really struggles. Plus the charging port is gone and I can only use wireless charging to charge it.
I guess I just need to see if I can justify the extra £100 or go for a 15 brand new as the refurbs for that model are not much...
They very rarely drop in price. Today the 15 is still circa £699 sim free.
Im sitting here needing a new iphone and cant decide between the 15 or the 16 so been watching closely over last few weeks see if they drop. If anyone knows of any cracking deals please shout !

Sorry but i disagree. The flavour comes from the heat sauce and there is no way gas is anything close to real coals/fire. No fat in fish but when i cook over coals i get the BBQ taste. You wouldn't get that with a gas bbq.
Last time i asked the butcher to do it they charged about £20 which made about 8-10 burgers depending on size of patty. Trouble is a lot of butchers will refuse to mince marrow in as it can kill their mincer.
So nowadays I just buy the meat direct from the farmer up the road and mince it myself...
Not going to lie dropping my 4 year old to holiday club this morning was tough. Lots of anxious faces in parents and lots of reassurances from staff.

150g brisket
100g short rib
100g aged beef fat
50g bone marrow
Chuck it all through a meat mincer or ask your butcher to do it. Best burgers ever
What charcoal are you using ? Makes a big difference taste wise. My wife used to moan that everything was tasting smokey until i switched to Green Olive premium and that burns really clean. Dont use cheap supermarket charcoal its made with all sorts. Your paying expensive money for meat dont...
