Haven't got any points yet so hopefully I get this spot on. I have gone with a 2-1 win for the good guys :albion2:

Spurs' defense is certainly not terrible but they've conceded goals to Leicester, Brentford, Newcastle, Coventry (a Championship side in poor form no less), and Arsenal since the start of the season and the high line is still there as far as I know.

If we can score two against this Chelsea side, away at Stamford Bridge, we can do it against Tottenham at home.
Watching Spurs play Ferencvaros and the high line is indeed still there! Very porous defense even if the Hungarians have nothing to show for it yet.

If Fab hasn`t learnt his lesson we all doomed - Tony doesn`t do sackings , but i can`t see him putting up with naivety and stupidity together .

So 3 - 1 Albion (y)

Still not sure how the high line works against a fast offence, it looks like we've really worked on the offside line but when the offence is quicker than our defence and we're sat on the half way line it's going to cost us goals!

Hopefully we've another approach for this one but suspect it'll take another couple of games to be a natural way of playing

But I hope to be proved wrong and we boss this one!

The other issue with our high line is the current implementation of offside. The linesman leaving their flag down even for clear offsides is not helping us at all. Even when the resultant goal or chance is eventually scrubbed off the oppo have still 'had a practice', our players now have little doubts in their minds and our crowd get twitchy. It happened against Forest and Chelsea more than once.
FH can't do anything about this shit rule but he can adapt because of it.
The way I see it either:
A) The players are on-board and it continues
B) The players are not and FH listens/tweaks
C) The players are not but FH carries on regardless

C would be the beginning of the end of FH at BHAFC. But listening to his interviews and reading about him I highly doubt it's C.

On paper I still don’t think they’re that good. But if we play stupid games tactically we will lose heavily. I’m going 1-1 which is unlikely with how leaky we’ve looked at the back. But I think we can get a point or better here.
