Hes by some distance my favourite player at the moment. He literally got everything right that game save a couple of over elaborate passes. I'd like to see him alongside weiffer with him further forward.

Frightening how good he could be in a couple of years. Chelsea will have to sell Stamford Bridge to themselves to afford him if he’s valued on the same basis they used for Caicedo.

Great fan of WBG as I am, I think today showed why he was let go. I don't think he could ever do what Baleba did today playing as the only defensive MF.

Now surely some literary genius on NSC can slot this one home

I know he put the ball out of play after but that run down the rightly fairly on - I said the same thing about WBG

There was a moment in the 2bd half where hw lost the ball and tracked back and absolutely destroyed his opponent with a shoulder charge.

It was hilarious and beautiful.
