Sort of, according to detractors he's guilty of every crime, personality flaw, character flaw and immoral act known to man. It would take someone like Dr Manhattan to take him down. As well as all the mutually exclusive allegations like he is stupid and an evil genius or Zion don who moved the embassy to Jerusalem and produced the Abraham accords as well as being antisemitic.
Added to this is most the allegations are far fetched. A self declared civic nationalist is secretly working for the Russians or a bung of hush money to a whore is election interference but trying to jail the main challenger isn't?
There is a point where wiser folk stop listening and start laughing.

But I'm not sure why Trump and his team would be carefully doctoring recent videos and photos of him? For what purpose would they be doing that?
And videos are quite tricky to doctor, as you would have to do every single frame. Seems a bit odd for him to do this?

Especially considering, outside of America at least (and in America to an extent), the vast majority of those who consider themselves centrists or centre-right certainly also feel the same way about trump as those on the left.
