Apologies for any repeat posting - Has anyone else's Android Season Ticket updated yet for the Ipswich game yet?

Not yet. Somebody ITK posted on here once that it doesn't actually matter what EPL match is displayed on the front screen, the underlying software will still recognise an active valid ST. Pretty sure that's the case

It is, quiet a few times my ST has still showed the previous home game, but no problems tapping in.

My android is 3 years old and wallet didn't update from Utd match as of Friday. I tried all the ways of trying to update through seagulls ticketing website and adding Ipswich to wallet and still no joy. I then saw on website that if you want to update wallet to next home match and have Android phone it has to be supported by Google chrome. It meant deleting season ticket from wallet and accessing website via chrome and then reloading ticket back into wallet and hey presto it actually worked. I'm a 57yr old technophobe and was quite proud of myself. All details are on club website if you are having trouble. I did have to lay down for an hour afterwards though as my brain was frazzled!

My Android is showing Ipswich. But as others have said, the season ticket should work with a previous game showing, mine has in the past.

For peace of mind, check if you have any software updates waiting? And of course try turning it off and on again!

My Father in Law has got to the point he's having to go to the Amex and have them look at his phone! He's farted about so much and got in such a pickle he's given up... I'm IOS and it's updated perfectly, but his Android phone has just run him into a fence.

Same happened to me last week. I really should have left well alone because as people have said you'll still get in with wrong game showing. Ultimately, quick call to club and they emailed me a specific link that I was able to use.

I deleted my man utd ticket. Rang club today and they sent a email link which restored my season ticket. Suppoter services said dont delete any tickets. It will update to the new match in the week before the match or just use the ticket showing in your wallet.
Doesn't matter what match ticket you have showing, it will let you in at the turnstile.
