It’s getting to me a bit. It’s hard enough settling in to everything being new without these injuries to the players

Brajan Gruda was seen training with the first team yesterday which is a good sign, not sure if he is fit for the Arsenal game but good to see him up and about.

Funny thinking about it, but those new signings that are injured means we've paid £100 million for just 4 players who can't play against Arsenal. That's pretty big league and no mistake - how far we've come.

Maybe the intensity of our training, that they are not used to, has caused the small injuries to 3 of them.

Wieffers not injured. He was just poor against Everton & they are using the injury as a reason to give him time to get him up to speed 🤞 🎣

Earlier in the summer some on here were suggesting last season was a freak. Many others felt this was actually the new norm. The latter are likely right. For whatever reason.

He's been in Dubai with his wife on holiday, and put up a picture on his Instagram stories the other day which appeared to show him doing some warm weather training - so can't be too bad.
