Zaha stamping on Sollys Achilles tendon when we beat them 3-1 was an awful foul. No chance of getting the ball, just a cowardly petulant stamp from behind cos they were 3-1 down, and Zaha had been shite.

Solly was lucky to not get a 2-3 month injury from that.
100% deliberate. If Solly had done the same to him he'd have been screaming, demanding a red card. From memory wanker ref only gave a fee kick.

I used to live in West Yorkshire, and Phil Prosser was hugely well-liked in non-league circles as he did loads to help local clubs. Said to be a really nice guy, my then-girlfriend’s father was chairman of a local club and Prosser provided free kits, training equipment and other stuff using his FA contacts.

Really changed my opinion of him.

The Posser thing was overhyped…. He had a good game
Go on then, I'll bite. His performance was an utter disgrace. I've never been so angry at a football match and he added insult to injury by making a report alleging racist abuse against him and Peter Ndlovu that neither the player, nor any of the staff who had to escort him from the pitch saw any evidence of. I've always suspected that he made it up, with no consideration of the seriousness of the accusation, in order to distract from his own appalling performance/bias.

Yes, but he didn't give them. Instead he gave them a couple.

From where I was sitting, Kuipers definitely got the ball. Okay, I was in the stand, but I was probably closer to play than Yorkshire's Mr Prosser. Back then, I was probably fitter than him too, even though I was overweight, a smoker and had come from the pub.

I obviously have no dog in this fight, but only watched it on TV so I don’t know what happened before and after the challenge, but Williams plays two divisions lower and the pace of premier league football and Brighton in particular is so much faster, could it be he was just a fraction late because of that ? And also it’s a big game for these players the heart would have been pumping hard and fast.

Obviously Barton wins this easily.
