Wife drives into my car, she has a smashed rear light but my car has got a pretty big dent in it:

Do you take it to any garage or a specialist “body shop” - anyone any ideas on price?

My son had the entire side of his car raked by a massive lorry today.

Luckily someone driving behind the lorry had their dash cam on. And we now have the video.

The driver did stop, but he had little choice as my son, who was returning to his car, witnessed it.

Alas the car is likely to be written off.

I've used Palmeira Bodyworks in Portslade twice in recent years. Both times coming back to my car on the Kingsway to find some twunt had dented, scraped and cracked the rear bumper whilst parking.

Came recommended and did a good job for circa £250 if I recall correctly.

Just checked and decent Google reviews too.

Do you have any idea how much it is likely to cost? Rough ballpark would be great
Yes, its was £420 and took less than a day. They said it would have been more expensive with some metalic paints. Very pleased with the work (car was only 3 weeks old) as I can't see any sign of damage, They also warned that these repairs can affect the lane following/adaptice cruise. I've had no problems.

Went to a place on the Fishergate Industrial estate a month or so back after my ex’s friend went in the back of my car …big dent in the rear bumper…..£300 ish to knock it out and respray the whole bumper…not sure if the place is geographically any good for you? If so happy to look for the contact details
