If it makes you feel better I get more pleasure from seeing Chelsea lose than Palace these days, I am not going to let what happened eat at me, life is too short
I prefer seeing Leeds lose over both of them, but that is just my Town support coming out in me

Would be nice if they're stupid enough to let him go.

Anyway, they lost 2-0 to Manchester City, if they want to draw rushed conclusions based on that they're even more stupid than I thought.
Whilst yes City mostly beat everyone Chelsea have spent over £1B to compete and look miles off it . Don’t think City got out of second gear.

I did enjoy the commentator saying City had one more minute to get the goal to join Brighton at the top of the league
Even if they had, 'B' comes before 'M' in the standings. 😉

It will be even more watchable if Cucurella reverts to the Chelsea version as opposed to the unplayable Spain one.

I liked it when the ball unwittingly bounced off his head and into the striker's path when he had no idea where it was. More of that sort of thing please.
Have you seen Dougie today ?

I got way my pleasure out of Brentford beating Palarse than seeing Todd’s lot get beat by the oil cheats.
Some pretty good work by our former no.3 (!!!) GK though. The sort of performance GKs seemed to come to The Amex so regularly to play against us!
Nil points - but kept the score down with some prime Sanchez saves.
(Ooops, sorry, I'm not supposed to say that - sorry, bad fan..........................)

MotD 2 didn't even show the league table. They found the time to show Dwight McNeil hitting the post in a move that saw two players obviously two yards offside, without being flagged, but not the time to show the much closer call that went against Ayari after he actually converted the chance. Precious me? Not many.

It's pretty exciting. With City's win over Chelsea, they keep the pressure on Arsenal in the race for second place!

I prefer to see Leeds look like world beaters and then choke right at the end :lolol:

I'm guessing you weren't looking down as far as league 1. The quantity and quality of Pompey chokes down there in the last decade has been exceptional.
Sadly they did get it all right last season and reached the championship but it's does mean we'll get a better view should they revert to type.
