I had to rewind and have another look at JC's hand salute after thanking FH at the end of the forum 
That wasn’t the full story. Said he’s not one for artificial team building such as race track days, or other activities like climbing, but likes natural bonding such as players having a fun night out. (I wish I had had him as my boss!).
