Why are you surprised? Brighton has streamed the home friendlies for years now. My almost housebound dad who can no longer go to the games always watches them.

Fair enough, friendlies aren't for everyone. I like them as it's just about the only occasion I can watch Brighton without getting my nerves shredded!

Funny isn't it, I really don't like going to friendlies although I'll watch them if streamed. I'll watch tomorrow and saw the Japan games, but I've never been to a non competitive match at the Amex. I deliberately waited until Donny.
I did see an Albion friendly with Chris O'Grady at the dripping pan but that failed to convince me I was missing anything

I’ve booked a parking space tomorrow as bringing the kids and didn’t want to negotiate trains on their first trip. I’m in car park C which I believe is straight past Stanmer Park entrance Into the university (Please do correct me if I’m wrong).
Any idea what time we can get into the car park? We were thinking of having lunch in stanmer park before the game but wasn’t sure how early we can get there.

I think if you get there very early you still can park, the only difference is the stewards are not there.

Yes. You can get there very early as I did once and there was no stewards there to check my ticket!
a lot of people get there early and hit the pub at Falmer and the student bar at the UNI

Work means I can’t go tomorrow. Annoying. Not much into friendlies but with this new manager and a bundle of new players I’d have liked to see what’s emerging. Haven’t really got a handle on our style yet having watched the Japan games. A bit more direct and keen to launch attacks quickly is all I’ve really gleaned so far.

So the question then lies, if you arrive very early/ no stewards do they check car reg against purchased tickets?

On that basis, I think I will give it a miss....... I do hope we haven't got another Hyppia season coming up.... I have just purchased a ST for the first time since that fateful Hyppia season, hope it's not a bad omen.

Another 1000+ sold in last 24 hours meaning total sales of 10,670 which together with club comps and away fans will be a probable crowd of about 11,000.
