From the things i watched it looked to be proven but happy to amend it .

Not something massively invested in , just what i thought was an observation thats out there.

anyway ....
How hard would it be to post links to what you have watched so we can judge for ourselves!!

I feel sorry for the country he has fled to who will have another convicted criminal from overseas who is avoiding justice by going to their county. I assume the usual people will be out to attack him.

Remember anyone claiming asylum here because they fear persecution from the state are not welcome as they should fight it in the correct ways. Going to be some epic contortions from people trying to argue Tommy is right to flee.

plenty on twitter , recordings of his police call and things

the system want him silenced

for the record i dont support him but the way he gets treated by the police is unfair compared to other things that happen in this country.

His " banned " documentary gives food for thought
Quite right. The police should do exactly what they do to other people.

And kick his f***ing head in.

How come he's been allowed to leave? I thought one of his things was 'control of our borders'?
He was stopped at Eurotunnel and held for a while, but then let go because he hadn’t actually committed an offence until today when he failed to turn up at court.

Well, there is no need to add another lie, Shirley? ???

Robinson has been active in far-right politics for many years. He was a member of the British National Party (BNP), a British fascist political party, from 2004 to 2005. For a short time in 2012, he was joint vice-chairman of the far-right British Freedom Party (BFP). He co-founded the far-right English Defence League (EDL) in 2009 and led it until 8 October 2013. In 2015, he became involved with the development of Pegida UK, a now-defunct British chapter of the German far-right Pegida. From 2017 to 2018, he wrote and appeared in videos on the Canadian far-right website Rebel News.

Robinson has served four prison terms between 2005 and 2019. In 2013, he illegally entered the United States using a friend's passport. In 2018, he violated a court order by publishing a Facebook Live video of defendants entering court. Prior to sentencing, he appeared on the American far-right website InfoWars to appeal for political asylum in the U.S. In 2021, he was found to have libelled a 15-year-old refugee at a school in Huddersfield and was ordered to pay £100,000 plus legal costs․ In 2021, he was subjected to a five-year stalking prevention order for harassing journalist Lizzie Dearden and her partner.

Sometime after 10 p.m. on 17 January 2021, Robinson went to the home of journalist Lizzie Dearden after she had asked for his comment for a story she was writing about allegations that he had misused financial donations from his supporters. He falsely accused her partner of being a paedophile and threatened to return every night. He was arrested over the incident, and further published photographs of the journalist's partner on his Telegram channel stating that "serious allegations" had been made about the partner. It was alleged he threatened the couple in an attempt to prevent the article from being published. Dearden's article was published on 18 March 2021.[219] On 19 March, Robinson was issued with an interim stalking ban order.[220][221]

All lies? Lies after documented lies?

OK, mate.

On 13 October 2021, Robinson was convicted at Westminster Magistrates' Court of stalking the couple, and was given a five-year ban from contacting them or referring to them.[222][223] On 19 October 2023, he lost his appeal against the stalking ban order, having admitted that the allegations he made about Dearden's partner were false.[224]

I assume he’s done his usual and immediately set up another “fund raiser”?

He's a typical, ten-a-penny, Right-wing hypocrite - hates immigrants and wants tougher law-and-order, but is happy to be an immigrant himself (he'll claim he's an ex-pat!), and flees the country to avoid arrest/prison.

I think he's very different from, for example, Farage or, in the past Tyndall and Webster.

His Oxford union address is compelling.

However he lacks restraint and has done crazy things. He reminds me a great deal of Joey Barton:

Narcissistic, nowhere near as bright as he things he is, pretentious, far too easy to anger, intoxicated by the idea that other men agree with him, and venal. Will end up losing it again and going to jail, after leaving a further trail of crazy decisions and actions.

Their respective battered ex-partners might see the similarities, too.

Hmmmm, bollocks?

All the people you quoted can talk a good game. That's how they got to prominence. But even the mildest scrutiny reveals it to be hate driven tripe

He's no better than any of them. Neither is Barton

I still think that knowingly making false and damaging allegations against a person of a serious nature should be a criminal offence. And 'someone told me so' is not a defence.

I saw his Oxford Union address. He was very articulate in his presentation. The problem, as you say, is his unhinged excesses and the people he attracts. Enoch Powell he is not.

The legacy is that the challenge that immigration and cultural integration can pose to a nation goes unaddressed or is left to hating extremes, as in Robinson's case, and the reporting and analysis to a media whose main selling point is hysteria.

As far as I am aware it was a preliminary hearing where the defendant isn't necessarily required to be in attendance
