Surely you mean POTG??!!... as virtually all games were in those days,.. some exceptions of course, big cup games etc... ticket league games were very rare, I don't remember this one being ticket,.. but it was a long time ago.
Still got mine

Was there, ST on the West terrace. Always stood in front of the press box. Handy for listening to Tony Millard doing his reports and watching John Vinicombe writing his Argus articles. I also blame Spuds for the fences.

Where was @Pretty Plnk Fairy did he save the day?

I wood have been there but had a ticklee cough and my mum wood not let me go as she insisted I rub my chest with Vic to cure the disease.

I had been planning to ambush Spurs before the match with guppy and Terry the trainspotter. They would not have stood a chance when I steamed in on my Raleigh Chopper with Guppy riding pillion throwing stink bombs at the Spurs fans. That would of learned them to try and take the North stand

I was there in the North Stand. A lot of fighting went on
While the game was going on at White Hart Lane. There's dedication!

Was that the game when the Spuds (lots in the North) coined the amusing mock chant 'Seaweed'?

I was on the East terrace, tutting at all the cockwomblry. I was n n n n n n nineteen.

Finland (where else?)
I was in the north west corner with my dad and uncles. I was 10 years old. I ended up getting passed down to front and onto the pitch to get out of the fighting. Several members of the family came home battered and bruised and my mum refused to let my dad take me to the football again for quite some time 😂

The original PPF is alive and well in Facebook on local pages. Seems to behaving sensibly with no mention of IMIGRUNTS. Maybe he has had an EPIFFANY.

Not sure if it was after this game or not but as well as the fences, we had the 'yellow helmets' Police who would come and wade into any trouble makers in the ground.

Even as a small kid, I was never sure if they prevented trouble or just went in for the fight as a show of force.

I was one of those on the roof of the tea hut
I don't know how it didn't collapse with all that weight on it.
Police made us get down early in the second half, I seem to remember leaving the ground as soon as the gates were opened.
Absolute mayhem that weekend, a friend of mine got his jaw broken by a Spurs fan on the Friday evening.
