Not sure why I have a high PSA 'for the size of the prostate'. But frankly, my dears, I don't give a damn. (Riverdance).
Now to finish cutting down a tired old tree before the football. Hooray!
Don't think it has to be that bad. I was asleep for mine, thankfully. Had an MRI first so highly targeted. That's what people should be pushing for. The finger up the bum is never great, granted. Especially if you've got prostatitis at the time. Eye watering, but was effective as it turned out.

PSA down to 3.3, next check up in September. I'm told that after 5 years they expect my PSA to be about 0.5

Has anyone signed up for this? I'm planning to do so. Has to be beneficial in our quest for early detection, treatment and hopefully a long term cure
