I agree, many voters clearly not invested in Starmer, but he's lucky to have a huge majority now so it's up to him and his cabinet to do a bloody good job to convince those who voted to get the tories out but elsewhere this time round, especially in the traditional red wall regions like the NE as we've seen already where loads of folk have gone to Reform.
The only Q for me is whether Labour will be able to effect change. How long should we give them? What would success look like?

Knew it this exit poll is wrong
The problem with SKS's seat is that it was GUARANTEED to be Labour - so I can imagine a decent %age of Labour supporters just didn't bother (my daughter did, though, so well done to her!)
In what way?
