Definitely looking a bit like they have colossal PSR issues incoming with potential penalties….………all this draconian action being taken in some haste……any thoughts @El Presidente ?
They are fine from a PSR perspective. The sales of McTominay and Greenwood generated profits to offset extra costs

If they really want to save money, they could start by not paying players £200-£300K a week, and maybe get some in who want to play for the shirt. They're going to have trouble getting rid of those they've already got, but long-term they've got to do something different.

Thanks……makes the activity all the more bizarre then really, although the medium term financial situation must be looking desperate over the next 2/3 seasons with long, expensive contracts in place for too many players and likelihood of no European income

What a mess, clawing back money they badly invested in Dan Ashworth and dilly-dallying with Ten Hag’s tenur by chopping the canteen. This Ratcliff guy seems useless when it comes to sports.

💯 which Makes the Dan Ash debacle look more and more stupid.

They had the guy that could identity some such young hungry up and coming players.

Maybe he didn't use Sir with offshore Jim.

Apart from their game with Ipswich today and Leceister later on, their remaining fixtures aren’t exactly an easy run in for a team in their current form. They won’t go down but I can’t see them doing a late rise up the table.

This is the season that keeps giving, thank you football gods          😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 .

Arteta not being humble in the autumn and the Veltman shenanigans …. then PL karma, Albion’s double over the Chavs in 6 days, all the Albion pieces coming together nicely, Spuds and Manure nose-diving at every turn.

Brexit Jim has been spilling the beans again

Among the highlights

  • Name checking Onana, Hojlund, Casemiro, Antony and Sancho as being “not good enough”
  • Says the club will run out of money this year unless they take “unpopular decisions” (laying off some more cleaning staff probably)
  • Claims Ashworth left because of “a lack of chemistry”

Generally comes over as a bit of a whinger TBH. Still, nothing like a club working together in harmony, eh? What a basket case.

On the radio this evening there was one snippet from the interview that a "Body Language Coach" was on 175 large a year. Couldn't make it up.

Who'd have thought Mr Burns buying your football club would turn sour?

Delaying the inevitable sacking of Ten Hag and prizing Ashworth away from Newcastle to then sack him 5 months later ….maybe he should try making some better decisions as well?

He might be a success in petrochemicals but he doesn’t seem to have ever been able to transfer his skills to sport. Quite the opposite.

I'd much rather he carried on making shit decisions, if he has to stay at all.

Obviously the best thing would be for him to sell up and f##k off. As much as I don't like that club, it is horrific having these types of arsewipes running our big football clubs.

I have mixed feeling about Man U at the moment. Whilst it’s hilarious they’re struggling, every mistake clueless Ratcliffe makes it’s the lowest earners at the club who take the hit.

Offshore is a Big Picture, small pettiness kind of bloke.
Punish the workers till they up their game.
It works with the minimum wage desperate, but...
He threw several current players into the sea today.
That will motivate them
He's a tuppeny ha'penny shyster
A Dyson.
Out of his depth, as a proxy CEO.
And he needs a decent haircut. He looks like a rough sleeper. The ****.

Edit seems I am in tune with @Herr Tubthumper

We live in a world where a professional footballer can train five times a week (if that), sit on the bench for a game, and take home £250k after tax.

Meanwhile, Doris making ends meet in the cafeteria gets laid off from her £20k a year gig.

We let this happen.
